Robert Wall II

Raised in Indiana, settling in the Carolinas, Robert brings with him years of focused experience in residential real estate closings, title work, and settlement services. Prior to joining the firm, Robert served as the Supervising Attorney for Closing & Settlement Services at Brady & Kosofsky, where he led a high-volume practice handling a broad range of residential real estate transactions across North Carolina and South Carolina.

Robert began his legal career in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where he built a strong foundation in real estate and estate planning. In 2018, he joined Brady & Kosofsky as an Associate Attorney in their Default, REO, and Loss Mitigation Department, and quickly rose to a supervisory role due to his leadership and technical skill in complex transactions.

Known for his thoroughness, responsiveness, and client-centered approach, Robert helps ensure that every closing is handled smoothly and with care. When he’s not at the closing table, he enjoys spending time with his wife, on the golf course and being outdoors.
